Yes this axe was made by Arvika before Hults Bruk bought the factory. The Arvika logo with diamond was used roughly from the 1930s to 1954. Traditional tools has a good write up on the history of Arvika: https://www.traditional-tools.com/a-brief-history-of-arvika-redskapsfabrik/

I’ve not seen a lot of double bit Arvika axes, so this one is nice to see. Great find, thanks for sharing.
