In the early 1960s, Arvika ceased production and Hults Bruk purchased the brand and 5-Star pattern.Earlier production models of this axe were also stamped with the words “Arivka” and 5 stars on the poll, plus the HB stamp on the bit. As far as how many have been produced since HB bought the brand, it’s hard to tell.
