Grandpa’s old ax. Not sure if it’s an Agdor Snickaryxa maybe? Also not sure if the shaft is original. Unfortunately, it is cracked, and needs to be replaced. Los finlandeses verdict available?
Very fine steel, keeps the edge long and relatively easy to sharpen. Nice balance!
Vira pattern axe from the 1960 or 70s. It could be the original handle with red paint. The blue paint means it was part of the Agdor line. The “weld line” at the poll was done for aesthetics. thanks for sharing!
