Nice restoration! I took a screen shot from the video for the image, I hope you don’t mind. The photos you sent were hard to see the shape/pattern at first. However after looking at the video, I’m pretty certain this is a Tasmanian pattern axe from the Agdor Line. The HB stamp on one side and weight on the other means it was made before 1988. The blue paint job puts this one in the Agdor line. Best guess is this axe was made between 1960s-1988.
