That’s an uncommon pattern, it might take me a while to find. The Agdor line used the Circle H stamp until 1958. Could be as old as 1930-1950s. Hard to pin down an exact date.
My Dad had an axe head very similar to this lying around in his garage for years. Infact I used it for decoration in my room in my teens. I remember the HB with the arrow symbol. Going to his house soon the search for it
