Added July 18, 2017 to 1970s, Agdor
The Mini Adgor, less than 1 lbs. I think. It was made before 1988 but not sure exactly when.
This little mini hatchet is likely from the 70s. Hults Bruk was still using the circle H bit stamp for the Agdor line in 1958.
Also permabond was only brought in in the late 60s after Plumb started the trend.
I think I have one of these. The previous owner of our farm left it behind. Great for camping!
I have the exact same one. It’s a little loose, so I’m gonna rehang it during the non-axe season. Possibly using an even shorter handle than the original.
Looks like it would be a great pack hatchet. Handy size for light work.
This would be great for backpacking.
I love old axe labels!
Found one of these in a pawn shop not long ago, great tool
Live my little HB much like this, great axe!!

Love the mini axes
I like it, short small and probably small enough for any backpack
I really like small handy axes for all kind of shaping of wood 🙂 this would be nice to have
