Based on the maker’s marks (HB on the poll with ‘Hults Bruk ABY) and the shape of the lugs (ears) this axe was probably made sometime between the early 1900s and 1930s. My guess is the Agdor blue paint and sticker were added as part of the refurbishing. I think this is the Turpentine pattern, but it’s hard to tell without a full image.
