I believe this is axe number 27, or an Ohio Pattern. This logo configuration would line up with an export axe that was possibly made during the 1930s or earlier.
2700 gr behemoth felling axe – would put this at nearly 6 lbs or 2.6 kg – one axe we made in that size was Yankee, not sure if Ohio patterns were made that large

best guess is ohio pattern, the HB stamp on the poll puts this one between the late 1890s and 1930s
