Bought this axe off eBay for a very good deal, it was covered in green paint and the description stated that it was unbranded, took the paint off with a wire wheel and much to my surprise it had the Hults Bruk logo faintly stamp on the head as well as the 2.0/4 1/2 stamp on the other side!

Hard to put an exact date on this one, but that cold stamp was used until 1988. Tasmanian pattern, could be as early as 1960s?
