That’s an odd stamp. It’s very similar to the 1960s style Agdor stamp: http://hultsbruk1697.se/vintage-axes-hatchets/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/H-with-additional.jpg – however this one only has the circle HB logo and the text is Hults Bruk ABY (Åby, Norrköping is the location of the factory in Sweden) and not A-B (Aktiebolag – a type of corporation). So this one looks more like a mix between the 1950s circle H stamp with ABY and the 1960s stamp with A-B. here’s the 1950 stamp: http://hultsbruk1697.se/vintage-axes-hatchets/hults-bruk-agdor-circle-h-1950s/) The blue paint was used in the 1960s. My best guess is this axe was made after the 1960s. Hope this helps!
