Hults Bruk – Hewing Axe – Late 1800s

I’m looking for some help in identifying the model and year of production for this hewing axe head.  The closest match to this style is in the 1890 catalogue – model #51-53.  Also, this axe is similar in style:

Obviously not a widely produced model.

The axe head is in excellent condition, weighs approximately 1.6 kg, and still has the original factory edge.  Any information on how to hang a handle in the unconventional eye would be appreciated.

The HM stamp was used between 1884-1900. This axe is well over 100 years old. The shape of this hewing axe is somewhat rare and unusual. I can’t find an exact model name, in the catalogs axes with this type of pattern are just called “Täljyxor” or tall axe. thanks for sharing!
