Vintage axe restored. I found this old axe on DBA.dk and restored it. The handle is made from birch. It’s by far perfect but I’m not a professional. Can you tell me anything about it?
This one has polished finish, unlike the Mini Agdor. I’m not sure if this was done at the factory or as part of the restoration. It’s a nice mini-hatchet, the curly birch is beautiful.
thank you for your reply, that’s great it made it on the website.
I did indeed polish the axe when I removed it from the old handle. It was quite rusted, Still managed to keep some of the markings on it. Thank you for your comment and information.

Hults Bruk was making these mini hatchets in the 1970s – http://hultsbruk1697.se/vintage-axes-hatchets/hults-bruk-mini-agdor-axe-1970s/

Love this one. The mini hatchet looks great all shiny!
