Hults Bruk – Montreal Pattern – Post 1988

So my dad picked it up off a self in Manitoba. I dont know what happened to the handle or even how it got split. But as long as i can remember it was blue (till today 1/29/2019) and had a split from tip to bottom just as the blade meets the handle till i welded it up and heat treated it. What type of handle would this have had?Ide like to have her back looking like new
