I don’t know the exact year the licensing agreement with Plumb stopped. I’ll keep digging to see if I can get more info. My best guess is this axe was made between 1988-2010. In 1981 Plumb was sold to Cooper Industries. By 2010, the Cooper Hand Tools division was spun off into Apex Tool Group. This axe has the HB hot stamp meaning it was made after 1988. Also, the sticker has the Cooper logo, so it was made before 2010 when the brand changed to Apex. Hope this helps, thanks for sharing
