This is a super old Hults Bruk collared axe with the 1800s HM logo! It looks like the Vira or a Vermlands model. Best guess is that this axe was made in the late 1800s. The weld line on the poll is a remnant from not dressing the seam when welding on the poll, common on old Swedish axes.
