Hults Bruk – Vira Pattern – 1960s

I purchased this HB axe on flea market for 14€ (1500 Serbian Dinars).
When i saw HB stamp on it, my smile was from ear to ear.
Somebody spray painted axe head in black, and under it is Agdor blue paint. Handle is original HB handle with red paint and Agdor sticker.
I removed paint with paint remover, filed edge to shape, and polished it.
Sanded handle and soaked in raw linseed oil.
Axe eye is covered with Agdorfix, cold stamped HB on one side, and 0.8 – 1 3/4 on other.
Handle lenght is 54 cm, and the axe have great balance.
