Need help with informations about this axe,found it in very good condition,I know that the pattern is called Vira and it’s pre 1980. Does anybody know why is there a line on the poll ?
Vira pattern axe from the 1960s. The three crowns stamp means this was a Swedish military issued axe. The “weld line” at the poll was done for aesthetics. Great find thanks for sharing!
