I am starting project to restore axe head for use. Will handle it with hickory but not sure what length or style to use. I want to restore it to original configuration. Please provide original setup. It has some blue paint on it.
These Agdor axes with the circle H and circle HB logos were made during the 1950-60s. The 3.5lb axe was typically paired with a 32-inch handle. The blue paint is Wede Shopprimer blue matt 5 and the top coating is Abolit clear lacquer gloss 90. Hope this helps!
