I recently acquired this axe as part of a large set of vintage hand saws .. this just came with them. I am very happy with the find and want to learn more about the axe.

This axes is maybe a bit worn or re-profiled, it’s hard to tell the exact pattern. Most likely made after 1960s and before 1988 (based on the maker’s marks).
It could be a Yankee pattern. Or given your location, the red paint and axe shape, it could be a pattern made by Hults Bruk for Garant axe brand (Canada): http://hultsbruk1697.se/vintage-axes-hatchets/hults-bruk-unknown-date-garant-axe/ – hard to tell exactly. Thanks for sharing!
